The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, while a compact bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large enclosed garden, ideal for dogs to explore safely, along with private parking for two vehicles. The standout feature is the private hot tub, perfectly positioned on the patio with steps leading down to a decked area overlooking Oughtershaw Beck. From the doorstep, a wealth of walking and cycling routes await. Explore Oughtershaw Moor, follow forest tracks towards Low Greenfield, or join the Dales Way as it passes directly by the cottage. The market town of Hawes is just a 20-minute drive away, offering independent cafés, boutique shops, art galleries, and the famous Wensleydale Creamery. Families can also enjoy visiting the neighbouring family-run farm, where friendly resident animals are often happy to say hello.
