Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, the barn features a calming neutral colour palette, underfloor heating throughout, and sliding glass doors that create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Luxurious beds ensure a deeply restful night’s sleep, while outside you’ll find a private, well-maintained garden and ample off-street parking, all surrounded by the rolling Yorkshire landscape—offering a truly idyllic escape.

The property comfortably accommodates up to nine guests across five spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two conveniently located on the ground floor. There are also three bathrooms, along with a welcoming open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space—perfect for gathering together and sharing stories after a day of exploring. Each bedroom is fitted with a TV, complete with a full Sky package for added comfort and entertainment.

The master suite benefits from a private balcony with stunning views across the surrounding countryside—an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee in peace. There is also a further king-size bedroom with a separate dressing room, and another king-size room with its own ensuite facilities. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the first floor.
