Guests often describe it as something straight out of a “Hansel and Gretel” story, thanks to its enchanting character, mezzanine bedroom and beautiful wooden sleigh bed that create a wonderfully rustic feel.
The open-plan living space is full of charm, with high vaulted ceilings, exposed oak beams and a cosy log burner ready to be lit on arrival. Underfloor heating ensures the barn stays warm and inviting all year round, making it a comfortable haven whatever the season.
One of the standout features is the private, fully enclosed garden, complete with its own covered hot tub room—so you can relax and unwind in any weather. Dogs are very much part of the experience here; they stay free of charge and have access to a spacious two-acre meadow just across the lane, perfect for running and exploring.
Everything has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay effortless, whether you’re lighting the fire, firing up the BBQ, or simply settling in to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Inside the Barn
The lounge area features high ceilings, exposed oak beams, a comfortable leather sofa, a wood-burning stove and a Smart TV—ideal for cosy evenings in. A handcrafted wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, adding to the barn’s unique character.
The ground floor also includes a stylish shower room with a fixed rose “watering can” style shower, basin and WC, along with luxury hand soap. Guests can enjoy Egyptian cotton bedding, along with soft towels and robes for added comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen-diner includes a range cooker, Belfast sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, four-slice toaster and a traditional Welsh dresser. A charming bay window sofa enhances the open-plan layout, creating a relaxing space to dine or unwind.
Outdoor Living
The fully enclosed courtyard garden offers a wonderful indoor-outdoor feel, featuring a private hot tub room and leading onto a patio with BBQ and outdoor dining area—perfect for making the most of long evenings.
Underfloor heating is included, and logs for the fire are available to purchase.
