The ground floor features a spacious and inviting lounge with a large log burner, creating the perfect setting for cosy afternoons and relaxing evenings. French doors lead directly onto the enclosed patio and garden, bringing the outdoors in. The well-equipped kitchen includes a comfortable seating area, while the separate dining room can also serve as a convenient workspace for those working remotely. A utility room with a washing machine and heat pump tumble dryer, along with a downstairs WC, adds extra practicality to your stay.

A striking cast-iron spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where all three bedrooms enjoy views across the surrounding fields. The generous master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. A second king-size bedroom and a twin room provide comfortable accommodation for families and groups. The family bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a luxurious freestanding bath.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large enclosed garden and patio, along with private off-road parking for two vehicles. Ty Cerrig is exceptionally dog-friendly, offering a warm-water dog wash station for cleaning sandy paws and muddy boots after a day of adventure. Dog throws, bowls and toys are provided, so there is no need to pack the essentials.

The popular dog-friendly beaches of Aberffraw and Rhosneigr are both just a 10-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy Anglesey’s beautiful coastline.

For families with young children, the cottage is equipped with fixed stair gates at both the top and bottom of the staircase, a travel cot (please bring your own bedding), a high chair, and a selection of toddler-friendly bowls and plates.
