The Granary at Moat Farm provides a perfect setting for a romantic escape or a serene countryside retreat for two, any time of year.
This cosy yet spacious single-storey farmhouse retains its traditional rafted ceilings and has been beautifully refurbished to offer modern comfort with rustic charm. The open-plan living and kitchen area includes a welcoming wood burner for chilly evenings and a comfy sofa and armchairs—ideal for unwinding with a drink. The bedroom features a super king-size bed, which can be split into two singles if needed, along with a newly fitted ensuite shower room with WC.
Exposed high beams and tasteful décor throughout create a warm, countryside feel. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances and essentials, including a hob, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, plus crockery, cutlery, cookware, and utensils.
Outside, there is plenty of parking, and the private garden offers patio seating, a barbecue, a well-maintained lawn, and a peaceful pond—perfect for relaxing on warm summer evenings.

Well-behaved small or medium dogs are welcome, so you can enjoy the beautiful countryside walks together. Please contact us in advance via phone or email to confirm dog arrangements, as some conditions apply.
For safety, smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests may smoke outside and should use the sand-filled buckets provided to safely dispose of cigarette ends.
