Centrally located, you’ll be just a short stroll from the town’s restaurants, pubs, independent shops, harbour, and sandy beaches. The property is also conveniently close to the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion Coastal Path, offering endless opportunities for scenic walks. Keep an eye out — bottlenose dolphins can often be spotted playing in the bay!
The Space
Step into the open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, where a cosy lounge with a log burner, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming space to relax and unwind. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

Outside, there is a small patio and lawned area — please note this is not fenced.
Parking is available for one car at the side of the property. Access is via a narrow lane, which can be tight to navigate, so care is advised when turning.
