The stylish sitting room at the front of the cottage is perfect for unwinding after a walk through the North Yorkshire countryside. Cosy sofas surround an open fire, while a large dining table provides seating for up to 10 guests.
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen includes a range cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, and additional seating/snug area, making it ideal for preparing holiday meals and socialising. A separate utility room in the courtyard offers a washer, dryer, and ample storage for walking boots and coats. A convenient downstairs WC completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are four generously sized bedrooms, including one with an ensuite shower and bathroom. Each room is furnished with comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep. A family bathroom with shower, basin, and WC serves the other bedrooms.
Off-street parking is available in a gated area to the side of the property. At the rear, a private patio with seating provides a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening sundowner.
