The Space

The Pit Stop has been designed with comfort, space and sociable group stays in mind. With six bedrooms, generous communal areas and plenty of space to relax, it’s the perfect base for families and groups of friends.

Ground Floor

Living Room
The spacious lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating, along with a Smart TV featuring Sky Sports and Netflix. It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day, enjoy a movie night or gather together to watch the big game.

Kitchen & Dining Area
The impressive open-plan kitchen and dining space is the heart of the house. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, while the large 12-seater dining table provides plenty of room for everyone to eat together, celebrate special occasions or enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

The kitchen also provides direct access to the garden, hot tub and garage.

Utility Area
A separate utility area with washing machine provides added convenience, particularly for longer stays or family holidays.

Family Friendly

Families with young children are very welcome. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available, making The Pit Stop well equipped for babies and toddlers.

Bedroom Six
Located on the ground floor, Bedroom Six features two comfortable single beds and a WC directly opposite. There is currently no downstairs bathroom, although we are planning to add one in the near future, so watch this space!

Outside Space

The secure private garden is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time together. There’s outdoor seating for al fresco dining, a coal BBQ and, of course, the star of the show — a fantastic 12-person hot tub. Whether you’re unwinding after a day exploring or enjoying a few drinks under the stars, it’s the perfect place to relax and make the most of your stay.

First Floor

Principal Suite
A luxurious retreat with a sumptuous super-king bed, large TV and a private dressing room/study area. The beautifully finished en-suite features both a full-size bath and a separate walk-in shower, making this the perfect space for slow mornings and peaceful evenings.

Bedroom Two
A stylish double bedroom with its own contemporary en-suite shower room, offering a comfortable and private space to relax.

Bedroom Three
A stunning four-poster king-size bedroom with plenty of character and boutique-hotel charm. A wonderfully indulgent space for a romantic getaway or a relaxing night’s sleep.

Family Bathroom
A beautifully finished family bathroom with a full-size bath completes the first floor.

Second Floor

Bedrooms Four & Five
Two spacious king-size bedrooms, each offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The floor also has a dedicated seating area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, reading a book or unwinding at the end of the day.

Shower Room
A large, separate walk-in shower room with WC and basin provides a generous and stylish bathroom space for guests staying on the second floor.

Parking

Private parking is available for up to four vehicles, including a secure, lockable garage, providing convenient and secure parking throughout your stay.

The Pit Stop comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, although on-site parking is limited to a maximum of four vehicles.

Parking is available as follows:

One vehicle in the secure, lockable garage
One vehicle on the driveway
One vehicle in the designated private parking space
If required, one additional vehicle may be double parked

To help us maintain good relationships with our neighbours, please do not park in neighbouring spaces or on the grass verges.

If your group is arriving in more than four vehicles, there are clearly marked visitor parking bays, identified with a “V”, just a short walk from the house. A map showing the location of these spaces will be provided inside the property for your convenience.

Access

Once you’re safely parked, accessing the house is easy. A lockbox is located next to the front door, and your unique keypad code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival.
