Accommodation

All accommodation is set on the ground floor and arranged around a bright, open-plan living space.

The living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a double sofa bed suitable for children only, with French doors opening directly onto the decked area. The dining space sits alongside a well-equipped kitchen, which includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and an American-style fridge freezer.

The property offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a dedicated dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, heated towel rail, and WC. The second bedroom includes two single beds. A further family bathroom features a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, and WC.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are all included. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, along with a welcome pack and dog-friendly extras. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a decked seating area and garden furniture, as well as a private hot tub for four guests. Complimentary robes and slippers are provided for added comfort. Private parking is available for two cars. No smoking.

Setting & location

The Laurels is a peaceful retreat, ideal for a relaxing break and particularly appealing to fishing enthusiasts, with well-stocked coarse fishing lakes located directly in front of the lodges. Each lodge has been built with comfort and quality in mind, offering spacious enclosed decking areas overlooking the water and private hot tubs — perfect for unwinding.

The sandy east coast beach at Ingoldmells is just 1½ miles away, providing miles of tranquil seaside walks and a choice of beachside cafés. The popular resort of Skegness is only 3½ miles away and offers amusements, a funfair, an aquarium, and family-friendly attractions. Nature lovers will enjoy visiting Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, while family days out can be enjoyed at Fantasy Island, located 1½ miles away, or Butlins, just a little further along the coast.

Shops, restaurants, and pubs are approximately 1 mile away, with the beach also within easy reach.
