Accommodation

Walnut, Hazelnut and Cobnut (sleep 8 each)

Each cottage has a large open living space to easily accommodate people comfortably. A large table can be laid up for 22 (if required) in Hazelnut.
There are two fully equipped kitchens.
There are 12 bedrooms across these three barns, one each on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs in each barn there are a further three bedrooms with three bathroom/shower rooms.

Chestnut Barn (sleeps 6)

This barn is similarly spacious with an open plan living space including the third fully equipped kitchen, plus dining table.
There is, also, a bedroom with en-suite shower room downstairs, while upstairs there are two further bedrooms with two more bathrooms.

In summary there are 15 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms with each bed able to be arranged as two singles or zipped together as a king size bed. You choose!

Games Room

There is a separate games room available for guests with table tennis table, table football and small pool table.

Outside

The three properties have private terraced gardens, enclosed by lovely iron fencing and yew tree hedging. There are table and chairs in each garden area. The property faces towards a separate barn (additional accommodation) and then is surrounded by literally hundreds of acres of open countryside with many miles of walks across private land.
