The Space

Step inside Sunshine Cottage and you’re greeted by a warm, inviting interior. Soft colour palettes and luxury finishes create a calming, homely atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The entrance hallway provides a handy space to store coats and boots after countryside adventures, with a downstairs washroom and utility room close by.

At the front of the property, a cosy snug features luxury sofas, a SMART TV, and a desk with printer—ideal for quiet time, catching up on work, or relaxing after a busy day.

The heart of the home is the stunning open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The newly fitted kitchen is equipped for even the most discerning cooks, while the large dining table and comfy sofas look out through the glass doors onto the garden and patio—perfect for alfresco dining on warmer evenings or snuggling up on chilly nights for movie nights.

Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms offer a restful retreat. Two feature super-king beds, and the third has zip-and-link twin beds that can be configured as a super-king on request. The main bedroom enjoys a dressing area and ensuite with shower, basin, and WC. A family bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bathtub, and WC serves the other rooms. All bedrooms feature luxurious bedding, soft duvets, and pillows for a guaranteed restful night’s sleep.

Outside, a secure rear garden and patio provide space to relax, while the driveway at the front accommodates up to two vehicles, with additional street parking if needed.
