3 Prospect Place is a delightful period semi-detached cottage, ideally positioned just a short stroll from New Quay’s beaches, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. Cherished by four generations of the same family, its setting and views have provided the backdrop for a lifetime of memories — from learning to swim and sail to exploring coastal paths, coves and hidden beaches.
The property was fully refurbished and redecorated in 2018. The conservatory enjoys lovely sea views and offers a perfect vantage point for spotting dolphins and seals in the bay.
The Space
It’s all about location! This is one of the closest properties to New Quay’s stunning beaches and local amenities. With parking right outside, you can leave the car behind and walk everywhere with ease.

Kitchen/dining area: Fully equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer, plus a dining table and chairs for six

To the side of the cottage is a private terrace with sea views, furnished with a large table and chairs — perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sea air. Dedicated off-street parking is available for one large car or two smaller cars.
