Accommodation Overview
Our beautifully converted barn, Pepper Pot Retreat, takes its name from our local Oratory – affectionately known as the “Pepper Pot.” This charming landmark can be reached by a short stroll up the lane from the property.
Perfect for families or two couples, the barn offers breathtaking countryside and coastal views, with direct access to scenic walks across the Downs right from the doorstep. Dogs are very welcome too.
Set on the peaceful outskirts of Niton, we’re just a 15-minute walk from the village centre, where you’ll find a range of amenities including two pubs, a café, a local shop open until 9pm, a chemist, doctor’s surgery and a pottery shop. The beach is only a five-minute drive away.
We’re also pleased to offer discounted ferry travel, with full details provided after booking.
