Olde Granary Cottage in Cornwall is a charming, single-storey stone and slate barn that has been lovingly refurbished to blend modern comforts with authentic character.
The cottage retains many original features, including exposed beams throughout.
The high ceilings are highlighted by wooden beams, and natural light filters through the original arrow slot window in the living room. One of the granite recesses, once used for housing candles or oil lamps, is framed by exposed stonework, complementing the contemporary Contura woodburner.
Hardwood double-glazed French doors open from the bedroom to a stone patio, which leads into a peaceful and secluded rear garden. For added relaxation, guests can enjoy site’s Vita Hot Tub, Swim Spa, or Wood-Fired Sauna, available to hire privately for a luxurious and memorable break.
