Self Catering Holiday Cottage in Ambleside
The cottage sleeps up to six people across two double bedrooms and a twin room. The master bedroom benefits from a fabulous en-suite, whilst the rest of the home is served by a modern family bathroom.
Originally built to house senior staff working at the nearby Skelwith Fold Manor, the house has a rich history. Despite undergoing a major renovation in recent years, it has retained many of its original period features, including solid beams, fireplaces and cosy nooks.
Our team has carefully modernised the cottage while preserving its traditional charm. We’ve added our own unique touch by blending high-quality contemporary furnishings with classic pieces, creating a warm and inviting space in which to relax and unwind.
The kitchen has been completely refurbished and is now equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, making it ideal for cooking up a storm during your self-catering stay. The bathrooms are finished to a high standard, featuring excellent lighting, high-pressure showers and a full-length bath.
