Situated in the heart of the renowned seaside town of Aberaeron in West Wales, Nant Meigan is a Grade II listed Georgian terraced house set within the town’s historic centre. Just a five-minute walk from the pebble beach and backing onto the River Aeron, the property benefits from a peaceful walled garden offering a rare sense of privacy and tranquillity.
Ideally located, Nant Meigan provides easy access to a wide choice of outings across West Wales and along the beautiful Ceredigion Coast.
The Space
The accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable lounge, along with a double bedroom and a shower room with WC.
Upstairs you’ll find a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom with an additional pull-out trundle bed available on request, and a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The property sleeps up to six guests, with two double bedrooms (one located on the ground floor) and two single beds, plus an optional trundle bed if required.
Outside, the house features a classic Georgian frontage and an enclosed lawned garden with a decking area and outdoor furniture, backing directly onto the River Aeron — an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the setting.

A ground-floor double bedroom with an adjacent shower room and WC is available. Please note that both are accessed via a single step.
