Lower Well Farmhouse is perfectly situated amongst the winery visitor centre, orhcards and small vineyard meaning you have wine tasting and dining options right on your doorstep. There is ample parking, a sun-drenched garden terrace and walking trails around the farm. This holiday property is perfect for those wanting a food and wine getaway in the heart of South Devon.

Ground Floor:
The downstairs of the property is largely composed of an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with views over the orchards and the small vineyard planted on site. A utility room to the side comes equipped with a washer, dryer and sink, and access to the garden. The main exit to the garden is from the rear of the property just before entering the ground floor bedroom which can be either a twin or king with an en-suite and a large walk-in shower.
At the bottom of the stairs there is a small WC.
First Floor:
The first bedroom you come to upstairs is the master bedroom, with an en-suite equipped with a walk-in shower, bath and double basin vanity unit.
The other two bedrooms on the first floor are super-kings which can be changed to singles on request, with en-suites and large walk-in showers.
All bedrooms in Lower Well Farmhouse are at the front of the property and therefore enjoy views over the orchards and small vineyard.
Garden:
At the rear of the property is the south-facing courtyard. With garden furniture provided, this is a perfect space for outside dining in the all-day sun. And with the vineyard walk right on your doorstep you may find yourself exploring the orchard and woods leading you up to the newly-planted ‘stony field’ vineyard.
