On the ground floor you enter into a spacious hall leading on to the kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and has granite worktops, a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate downstairs cloakroom beyond the stairs.

The real wow factor in this cottage comes with the large living room. It features a dining area with large table to seat up to 10/12, the main seating area has large, comfortable squashy leather sofas, a cosy reading area and finally a wood burning stove. This extremely spacious room has a beamed ceiling with oak floors and colourful rugs. For your entertainment there is a library of books, games for the family, wi-fi, hi-fi, Free Sat HD TV, Netflix and dvd player.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two zip & link that can be either a twin or a superking and a king sized master bedroom with ensuite. The travel cot can go in the larger of the two twin rooms or the master bedroom. All the bedrooms are individually styled with quality bedlinen and quality bath sheets. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower and there is also an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom.

The cottage has underfloor heating throughout and a wood burning stove in the living room. Please see the information tab above for a floor plan. If all smaller cottages are booked we can often offer a low occupancy rate in this cottage.
