Accommodation Overview
Originally the Blacksmith’s shop and now extended this two bedroom detached holiday cottage overlooks our paddocks & Blackmeredale Bottom. We offer weekly holidays and short breaks with flexible start dates. 5 star self catering gold award.
Spacious, light and airy cottage, downstairs the sitting room has an oak floor,beams and a wood burning stove, it comes complete with Free sat HD TV, Netflix, DVD player, hi-fi and free wifi. Colourful rugs and sofas create a warm, welcoming feel and lighting is layered so you can adjust to suit the mood.
The dining kitchen features a natural travertine floor & a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, you even have a washing machine and dishwasher. The French windows open out onto the patio and fully enclosed garden.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom with king size bed and views across the fields. There is also a spacious twin/superking room that has plenty of space for a travel cot available free of charge. If you need an extra put up bed please get in touch as some of our cottages have room for one. Please note that the bedrooms have partially sloping ceilings.
The upstairs family bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is also a downstairs cloakroom.
Outside your own private patio & garden with garden furniture overlooking open fields, the garden is to lawn. You are right next to the paddock and will be able to see the sheep grazing. There is designated parking for 2 cars adjacent to the cottage.
