Flint Cottage on George Street in Sheringham is beautiful example of a sympathetically modernised Victorian semi-detached cottage located just off the main street, and has easy access to all amenities, being an only a few minutes walk from the town centre, the station, and the beach.
This deceptively spacious holiday cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (two doubles, one full size bunk beds). There is a lounge with comfortable sofas and a separate dining room ( with full size dining table and 6 chairs). A modern fully fitted kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, and adjoining utility room with washing machine, WC and wash basin.
Upstairs is a modern bathroom with walk in shower & roll top bath, and a separate WC. Outside is a spacious fenced garden mainly laid to lawn, with patio area, garden table and chairs (catches the morning and evening sunshine ! )
The Cottage comes with all the mod cons that make life easier – SMART TV 43” (EE subscription) please note No DVD function.
Washer dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher & microwave. One of the double bedrooms also has a wall mounted Smart TV.
A quality well equipped kitchen and separate utility room with WC provides extra space.
Bed linen is included in the tariff and beds are fully made up in advance of guests’ arrival.
Tea towels are provided. Bathroom towels are also included for each guest inclusive in the tariff.
The secure, completely enclosed garden makes the property ideal for pets and DOGS ARE WELCOME by prior arrangement at no extra charge.
