The property sleeps up to six guests across three spacious and beautifully presented king-size bedrooms, making it ideal for small groups of friends or family gatherings. Dovecote House is also dog-friendly, making it the perfect choice for guests wishing to bring their four-legged companions along for a relaxing stay.
The Space
Step inside Dovecote House and you are immediately welcomed by a sense of warmth and comfort. The main entrance opens into a beautifully designed home, with the lounge positioned to one side. Flooded with natural light from an impressive floor-to-ceiling window, this inviting space is furnished with comfortable sofas, creating the perfect place to relax. A mezzanine level adds an extra cosy nook, ideal for unwinding with a book and a cup of tea, away from the main living area.
At the heart of the home is the stunning, newly refurbished open-plan kitchen and dining area. Elegantly designed with high-quality contemporary finishes, this space is perfect for both everyday living and entertaining. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, instant hot water tap, washing machine, fridge freezer, induction hob and oven, and a wine cooler for added luxury. A coffee machine ensures your morning brew is ready at the touch of a button. The dining area provides a wonderful setting for gathering after a day exploring North Yorkshire, while additional seating offers a relaxed spot to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. A Smart TV is also provided for your entertainment.
Conveniently located off the entrance hall is a downstairs cloakroom.
Across the first and second floors, you will find three beautifully presented king-size bedrooms.
