It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, instant hot water tap, washing machine, fridge freezer, induction hob and oven, and a wine cooler for added luxury. A coffee machine ensures your morning brew is ready at the touch of a button. The dining area provides a wonderful setting for gathering after a day exploring North Yorkshire, while additional seating offers a relaxed spot to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. A Smart TV is also provided for your entertainment.

Conveniently located off the entrance hall is a downstairs cloakroom.

Across the first and second floors, you will find three beautifully presented king-size bedrooms. Each room features a sumptuous bed dressed in soft pillows, duvets, and crisp white linen, creating a peaceful environment for a restful night’s sleep. Easingwold is a lively and welcoming North Yorkshire market town, located just 13 miles north of the historic city of York. It offers a fantastic range of independent shops, cafés, pubs, a theatre, sports centre, and a weekly market held in the charming marketplace every Friday. There is also a popular monthly artisan market, along with regular music events, band performances, and community festivals. The town further benefits from a well-stocked library, a children’s play park, and The Galtres Centre, which hosts a variety of shows, performances, and local events throughout the year.

With excellent bus links to York, Thirsk, and the North Yorkshire coast, Easingwold is ideally placed for exploring the wider region. There are also plenty of scenic walks and a strong selection of independent cafés and eateries to enjoy, making it easy to relax and indulge close to home.
