Good accessible option, everything is on one floor with plenty of room, the family room has an easy access wetroom and we can provide some mobility aids if needed.

The cottage has a lovely spacious, light and airy living room featuring oak floors, colourful rugs, a wood burning stove and vaulted ceiling with beams. Plenty of room with 3 sofas arranged around the fire and TV, for your entertainment the cottage comes complete with Free sat HD TV, Netflix, DVD player, hi-fi, books, games and free wifi. Open plan to the kitchen and dining area with natural travertine floor. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. The dining table seats up to 8 with views of the garden through the French windows.

The master bedroom has a lovely superking bed with ensuite shower room, next door there is a family room also ensuite. The family room can have a superking bed and a single bed or 3 single beds, the ensuite is an easy access wet room.

It is possible at small additional cost to have 5 single beds in this cottage – ideal for groups of friends or people working in the area. Plenty of room in each bedroom for a travel cot (FOC) or put up bed for a child (extra charge).

This cottages is right next door to the Cart House and can be seamlessly connected to create a large 4 bedroom cottage. When the two cottages are separate the special sound insulation between the two ensures your privacy.
