The lounge features inviting seating arranged around a log-burning stove—perfect for snuggling up to watch a movie on the Smart TV or unwinding by the fire after a day exploring the surrounding countryside. Just a few quaint steps up, the fully equipped kitchen flows naturally from the lounge and includes an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine—ideal for preparing a hearty Yorkshire breakfast or a romantic meal for two.
Leading from the kitchen, the charming sunroom provides a dining space and additional seating, and opens directly onto the private courtyard where the hot tub awaits. The main bathroom is located on the ground floor and includes a bath with overhead shower and WC.
